About

Process over improvisation

I manage strategic programs for Saudi Arabia's national IP authority — from counterfeit-enforcement initiatives run with customs and inspectors, to digital rights investigations under the IGNITE portfolio. My background is industrial engineering, so I default to process: mapping workflows, writing RFPs and project scopes, setting KPIs, and holding vendors and timelines to the plan.

Before SAIP, I spent over three years at Alrashid Abetong across planning, production scheduling, and project administration — building master schedules, tracking manpower and cash flow, and reporting progress weekly. That's where the habit of turning ambiguity into a schedule started.

I also sit on SAIP's Bid Opening Committee, reviewing tenders for compliance with the Government Tenders and Procurement Law.
